CAMBRIDGE, NE – HotelBrokerOne (HB1) is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Cobblestone Inn & Suites Cambridge, a 31-room hotel.
The transaction was represented by Ted Holmes of HotelBrokerOne, and was the second Cobblestone sold by Holmes in Nebraska in the month of December.
The hotel was originally constructed by a group of local investors who wanted to bring a hotel to the small town of Cambridge, and will continue to operate as a Cobblestone hotel. “The buyers have experience in operating hotels and will look to elevate the customer experience and enhance the property’s operations through a hands-on approach”, said Holmes.
