STROUD, OK — HotelBrokerOne (HB1) is pleased to announce the
sale of the Hampton Inn & Suites, an 86-room, four-story interior-corridor
hotel prominently located at the intersection of Interstate 44 and Oklahoma
State Highway 99 (Historic Route 66) in Stroud, Oklahoma.
Oklahoma based Stroud Hospitality, LLC sold the hotel to
Kansas based Stroud Hospitality Group 915, LLC.
The nine-year-old hotel, affiliated with Hilton, is located
in the midst of the strategic energy hub surrounding the area. The
corridor has long been one of the nation’s most vital transportation conduits
and home to the Stroud Terminal, a major crude-oil destination terminal located
on approximately 76 acres near the Cushing oil storage facility the world's
primary pricing and physical delivery point for the NYMEX West Texas
Intermediate (WTI) crude oil.

The new owner is completing of a major renovation and
relicensing with Hilton and the hotel will remain a Hampton Inn & Suites.

demand, the Hampton Inn benefits from a variety of leisure and tourism
attractions. The community is home to the Sac & Fox Nation Casino and is
located along Historic Route 66. Stroud has also established itself as
Oklahoma’s “Winery and Grape Capital,” with the annual Route 66 Wine and Food
Festival highlighting the area’s growing agritourism industry.
The transaction represents another successful third quarter
