Quality Inn converts to Siegel Suites

Jackson, MS – HotelBrokerOne recently completed the sale of the Quality Inn located in Jackson, MS. The hotel is 138 units and was sold to a Nevada hospitality investment company, Jackson Miss Holdings LLC. The Hotel, which was a La Quinta until recently, is now being converted to an apartment and extended stay property operating as a Siegel Suites.
