Eaton, CO – HotelBrokerOne (“HB1”) recently completed the sale of the Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Eaton, Colorado. This limited service, 45-unit hotel is located just East of Fort Collins and North of Denver.
The hotel was sold May 14 for $3.1M, after a national marketing effort led to a large number of offers from local and national buyers. Cobblestone Hotels is a rapidly growing national franchise that provides quality rooms to small towns. The property will remain a Cobblestone Inn with the new ownership and continue to operate as normal.
