Leigh-Anne brings with her over seventeen years of professional sales experience. Having grown up in a hotel brokerage family, she has abundant knowledge of the business and within the hospitality community. She maintains close relations with many of the industry’s top professionals and has worked with the country’s largest buyers as well as first time owners. During her many years with HotelBrokerOne, she has been responsible for leading sales efforts throughout many states from California to Arkansas. Leigh-Anne is always there to help and strives to go the extra mile. She remains successful in farming lodging opportunities for clients, providing various consulting services in terms of brand repositions and market analysis, arranging for acquisitions and dispositions, assisting with financing and managing an extensive contact base.
Upon college graduation, she was initially active in software sales as a top sales executive with a national firm catering to financial institutions. However, thirteen years ago she made a positive career move to further explore her passion of real estate. She began working in a financial institution as a Real Estate Loan Counselor in both residential and commercial lending. During that time, she was responsible for processing, funding and closing real estate loans. Although successful, she wanted to pursue her interest in commercial real estate. Upon leaving the lending industry and prior to joining HotelBrokerOne, she helped start and was instrumental in forming Aries Hospitality Investments, Inc., a boutique brokerage and investment firm which she served as Vice President for four years.
