Hal
is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas and Oklahoma.
Mr. Mayfield has been in the commercial real estate business for over
30 years, while brokering all types of income producing property land,
retail, office, multi-family properties, and hotels, motels and
resorts. He has specialized in hospitality properties for the last
fourteen years.
Prior to joining HotelBrokerOne,
Hal has spent 19 years with the Grubb & Ellis Company, where he was
a Senior Vice President, Senior Marketing Consultant and National
Director of the company's Hospitality Services Group. During his time
at Grubb & Ellis, Hal's gross sales volume was over $1.5 billion.
Of that total, Hotel, Motel, and Resort, sales totaled over $430
million. Hal was a consistent "Top Producer" with Grubb & Ellis
having been awarded the designation 13 of his 19 years with the company.
