Mike
is licensed in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Arkansas &
Tennessee. Mike oversees all operations of the Tulsa Office of
HotelBrokerOne. During the past years, he has been involved in multiple
sales of hotels and motels. Mike has successfully completed portfolio
sales and land development sales. His years in hotel and commercial
sales have been accentuated by his excellent background in banking and
regulatory agencies. Mike spent two years with the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation. He has extensive insight into workouts and
financing. Many of his sales have included tax deferred transactions
and Mike has a strong background in problem solving and difficult
closings. Mike is a past recipient of the Most Unique Deal of the Year
Award from HMBA.
Mike
is actively involved in the Oklahoma Association of Realtors and
serves as 2008 President Elect. In 2005, he was selected as a
participant in the inaugural class of Leadership OAR and graduated with
the members in the fall of 2005. He has served on the Finance
Committee (Chairman), Legislative, Strategic Planning and the Real
Estate Issues Committees. Mike serves on the Board of Directors for the
Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors. In addition, he has served as
Chairman of the RCA-Realtors Commercial Alliance and the Urban Affairs
Committees. In 2006, he was selected the 2005 Commercial Realtor of
the year. Mike was elected to serve as a Trustee of the Oklahoma RPAC
and is an Elected State Director.
On
the National Level, Mike has been selected as a Federal Political
Coordinator, working closely with the elected officials in Washington
to develop a working relationship between the elected official and
staff to present the issues of the National Association of Realtors
that impact the real estate industry.
