Bruce specializes in the marketing and sale of income producing properties. His responsibilities include market studies and dealing with Brokers and Buyers nationwide. Bruce has been active in commercial real estate since 1982, with a special emphasis on hotel sales. He Holds the CCIM designation. Bruce holds Real Estate Brokers licenses in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska, Illinois, Tennessee, Utah, Georgia, Wyoming, Indiana and Missouri and is active in hotel investment brokerage nationwide. He sits on the Board of Directors of several companies, along with being the Chairman of the Board of the largest Drug rehabilitation facility in Oklahoma and its Christian Youth Camp. He is very active in fund raising for civic organizations and currently serves on the 21 member oversight board of Metropolitan Area Projects of Oklahoma City (MAPS). This $800,000,000 construction project scheduled to be complete in 2004 is bringing OKC into the 21st Century through upgrading and new construction of public services including the river walk project for downtown Oklahoma City. Bruce is the 2004 President of the Oklahoma Association of Realtors. He is past President of the Oklahoma City Board or Realtors. He is a past chairman of the Commercial Industrial Division (CID) of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Board of Realtors and in 2003 was one of the top 5 brokers in the nation in number of hotels sold.
