Matt Hare, President of Pivot announced permits are in hand for The Lock at Flatirons, which will be Pivot&amp;#8217;s inaugural development in Colorado. The project&amp;#8217;s 261 units will offer upscale lifestyle features including upgraded fixtures and finishes plus amenities for residents of the 675-1425-square-foot unit mix. Monthly rents will range from $1400 to $3500. Amenities will include a rooftop lounge with the enviable Flatirons vista, fitness center, pool, bike storage and stations and secure access parking. Ground floor retail will include a mix of artisan food and beverage and personal services for The Lock at Flatirons residents and the surrounding community. 

&amp;#8220;Colorado is a market that we really like,&amp;#8221; Hare said. &amp;#8220;Even with COVID, there are a lot of good economic drivers. With this location, you have Interlocken [business park], a lot of technology companies, and a number of employers nearby in Boulder.&amp;#8221; &amp;#8220;We will start construction on this project in coming weeks,&amp;#8221; Hare said. The build-out time frame is roughly 24 months.
