Russ Rodgers has over 30 years in commercial real estate, finance, business management, sales, marketing, retailing and brokerage. His career has taken him to (40) countries around the globe. Russ has tremendous knowledge in many international markets and has created extensive contacts and working relationships in the Caribbean, Central & South America having conducted seminars through numerous Spanish speaking countries in this region.
Russ specializes in the hospitality industry, hotels, motels, B&B's, restaurants, service businesses, distributors, manufacturing and distribution. Russ has extensive knowledge with all commercial financing needs from SBA loans to conventional commercial property loans. He is licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and Michigan and Hawaii, and a licensed Mortgage Broker in the State of Florida. He has extensive experience in the valuation and sale of B&B's, Motels, & Hotels. Lastly, he has taught Tourism and Hotel Management at two Florida Universities, Schiller International University and Saint Leo University in Florida. He has taught Hotel Management at Saint Petersburg College, Seminole Campus, Seminole, Florida. He is also a proud "Former U.S. Marine."
