Jack Nugent is an Electrical Engineering Graduate from Iowa State University, and served as a Registered Professional Engineer. He has spent the last 41 years of his life in sales both in the United States and overseas. His experience includes many years selling big ticket heavy equipment as well as HVAC related products.
Jack served as Senior Vice President, General Manager of Machinery Information Division of Dataquest, a Dun & Bradstreet company. This market research and publishing operation offered consulting services to manufacturers and a wide variety of pricing, specification and market studies. Earlier, he was vice president marketing of major manufacturer of industrial filtration and dust collection equipment for railroads, nuclear power plants, gas turbines and commercial HVAC systems. He also spent 14 years in sales and sales management with a Caterpillar Tractor dealer in the Midwest.
Relying on heavy sales and management experience and his interest in real estate, Jack has most recently worked in Commercial Real Estate in Arizona, concentrating on hotel and motel sales.
